Koch Brothers Pull the Plug on Haley, as She Suffers Losing Streak

If Nikki Haley is unbothered by her losses in the recent Republican primaries, she should be now, as the billionaire Koch brothers finally realized she will never match Donald Trump.

Americans for Prosperity Action, an advocacy group led by Charles Koch, confirmed they’re ready to pull the plug on Haley as she failed to defeat Trump in the recent South Carolina and Michigan primaries.

According to the group, they are still standing behind Haley, however, their pockets won’t. For now, they said they will support mainly through vocal endorsement.

AFP Action’s CEO Emily Seidel said, “Given the challenges in the primary states ahead, we don’t believe any outside group can make a material difference to widen her path to victory.”

“And so while we will continue to endorse her, we will focus our resources where we can make the difference.”

Exactly.

As Donald Trump had suggested earlier, Republicans should now fix their target on November, and against Biden’s attempt for reelection.

Meanwhile, despite suffering setbacks, Haley insisted on pursuing her campaign through Super Tuesday on March 5. Her team maintained that the Kochs’s withdrawal of financial support won’t change their strategy.

“AFP is a great organization and ally in the fight for freedom and conservative government. We thank them for their tremendous help in this race,” remarked Haley’s campaign team.

“Our fight continues, and with more than $1 million coming in from grassroots conservatives in just the last 24 hours, we have plenty of fuel to keep going. We have a country to save.”

Vivek Ramaswamy blasted AFP last week and questioned their support for Nikki Haley.

Ramaswamy quipped, “I think it’s very disappointing that that network has thrown its support behind a candidate who does not even stand for the principles that they claim to embody.”

Trump acknowledged AFC’s move on Truth Social and said: “AMERICAN’S FOR NO PROSPERITY HAVE JUST STATED THAT HALEY HAS NO CHANCE TO WIN, AND THEY WILL STOP FUNDING HER CAMPAIGN, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!”

However, Ms. Haley still intends to hang around despite her successive defeats. She recently pledged to cling to the last of her resources toward Super Tuesday despite clearly being no match for Trump.

“I’m not giving up this fight when a majority of Americans disapprove of Donald Trump and Joe Biden,” Haley remarked during her ‘defeat speech’ in downtown Charleston when the race was called in favor of the former president.
